How it works:
Orders must be placed via internet before 2:00 pm Eastern Time
Orders are for UPS Next Day, Second Day, Third Day shipments, and for Ground shipments that are to be shipped the day of the order.
Charge is in addition to applicable UPS shipping charge for method of shipment.
Crown personnel will confirm same-day shipping status and provide a confirmation number.
Air shipment information.
We ship via UPS. Depending on the dimensions of the package to be shipped, UPS may calculate minimum weights differently depending on whether a package is shipped Ground or Air . ("Air" is Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day). We have placed a "shipping method box" on the relevant pages to calculate the proper "dimensional" weight. If you wish your order to be packed for "Air" shipment then you must select "Air" twice: once on the order page and once on the "Enter Zip Code" page at check-out time.

Factory pick-up information.
Our shopping cart offers a "Pick-up" option. If you wish to pick up your merchancise, choose this option. Shipping will not be added to your shopping cart.

Opening hours.
Our office is open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. In order to allow time to charge orders, pickups must be before 4:00 PM

Return policy information.
No material will be accepted without an RMA number. Call Crown Industries for an RMA number. There is a 15% restocking charge for return of unused material. Material must be in original packing.

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or distribute your address or email information. Credit card numbers, when provided on-line, are captured and maintained by vcart.com, the agency from whom we rent the on-line shopping cart used on this website.
